Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. They apply to all use of the MailGuard platform.

Acceptable use

• You will only verify addresses you have a lawful basis to process.
• You will not use MailGuard to harvest, scrape, or validate purchased lists obtained without consent.
• You will not resell raw verification results as a competing service.

Credits & billing

• Credits are sold in packages and do not expire.
• Used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
• Failed verification calls (network errors on our side) are automatically credited back.

Service availability

• We target 99.99% uptime. Maintenance windows are announced on the status page.
• We are not liable for downstream consequences from service outages.

Termination

• You may close your account at any time from Settings.
• We may suspend accounts violating acceptable use without notice.
